Executive Home Rentals was established in 2005 with our Property Management Division and has evolved to become a full service real estate company. In 2013, Executive Home Rentals was purchased by Cindy Tittle and Tammy Arthur becoming Executive Home Rentals & Sales, Inc.
Cindy Tittle is the broker of Executive Home Rentals & Sales and has fifteen years’ experience in the real estate industry and is a one of the top selling agents in Southern California. Cindy received her Broker’s License in 2005 and is affiliated with SRCAR, OCAR and NSDCAR boards as well as certifications in CRS, SRES, QSC, PME, E-Pro, PMC, REODC and is REO and Short Sale Platinum Certified.
Tammy Arthur has been a real estate agent since 2001. She started as a leasing agent with Executive Home Rentals in 2008 and is now the co-owner of Executive Home Rentals & Sales Inc. and oversees the daily operations of the company. She has built lasting relationships with our clients in the Temecula Valley and is dedicated to providing our homeowners with outstanding customer service.
Executive Home Rentals & Sales has full time licensed agents on site in our office on a daily basis. Ashley Grasso has eleven years’ experience in the property management industry and has been with the company since 2010. Ashley has been a licensed real estate agent since 2011 and works in our office daily as a property manager handling leasing and accounting as well as handling sales for our current clients and new ones alike. Linda Silva works in our office daily as a property manager as well as handling leasing, accounting and sales. Linda holds a Bachelor’s degree and received her real estate license in 2012 and has been with our company since 2012.
